Hi all, 

in my note regarding the above subject and reported
below ... I made a "little" mistake ...  the Carrier
charge is not 1.6mSec but 1.6uSec (microSec).... an
increase of only 1000 ... hi!

There is another interesting PIN Diodes from Infineon:
BA595

The BA595 (BA885 and BA895) is given OK from 1MHz to
2GHz for switching and attenuation applications. It
has low capacitance and a high reverse parallel
resistance.
Carrier charge is 1.6mS.
