[INRAD] Roofing filter for FT-1000

Hi,

the effect of adding the Inrad roofing filter into the
FT1000 is positive due to the fact that the 1000
Front-end is OK for the FT1000, while the 1st IF chain
may not be so strong.

For me there are at least two critical points in the
FT1000:
1) the 2nd mixer
2) the 3rd mixer.
3) there is something else too...

The Inrad roof filter will reduce the signals entering
the 2nd mixer, thus you have an IMD improuvement. All
signals passing throught the Inrad BW will crank on
the 2nd mixer and then into the 3rd one.
The noise in the Ft1000 is mainly in the front end so
the Inrad roofing filter will reduce some of this
noise.
