[INRAD] roofing filter

Hi all,
once the INRAD roofing filter is installed wouldn't be worth to by-pass the 
original wide roofing
filter? It may have some 4dB attenuation so the gain of that hissing IF amp 
in 1000MkV could be
reduced even more. Any comments?
