[INRAD] IC 775 Sub Rcvr

It seems that the 775 has a much different sub rcvr arrangement.  It has a
separate injection from the synthesizer, but it uses the same first IF. 
Thus, both receivers send signals through the same roofing filter.  In
this radio BOTH main and sub will be resticted to the Inrad filter
bandwidth.  This is unlike the Yaesu radios which have separate first IF
filters.
