[INRAD] Icom roofing filter status?

Oh well. it was a try. I may contact George and see if I can get him to
order one on 70.4515. I think I would need an additional amplifier
though. Perhaps the one that is used on the 1000MP amplifier board would
work.
 
I'll break out the manual and take a look.

After looking at a block diagram of a Icom 751A I see the OEM roofing
filter frequency as being 70.4515 Mhz. The Icom 765, 775 and 756 use a
69.0115 Mhz roofing filter after the first mixer. Perhaps I'm wrong or
maybe you're looking at the second IF.  Charlie  W5VIN
