[INRAD] TS 450 INRAD filter board installation

Can someone who has installed the INRAD filters into the TS 450 write 
me a quick email to describe which 2 pins are to be removed (is there a 
marker easily showing me which side to modify) - I only have the 850 
documentation here and want to make sure I help my friend install his 
INRAD board properly in the 8.8 MHz IF position of his 450.
