[INRAD] Filters for TS930_

I am newcomer on the list.
My friend SP5BR got from a US ham Inrad SSB 2.1KHz filters for Kenwood 
TS930S.
The both filters (8830kHz and 455kHz) are taken off from an old rig, so 
there was
no chance to get any original information how to install it (especially 
that with one of
them there is a PCB) but my friend does not know is that an original 
part or not.
The question is if it is enough to solder input and output connection
after removal the original ones or such a filter should be in some way 
interfaced (PCB?).
