I use this same performance board in a IC-756 and have no problem. Do
you have the yellow and red wires connected in the right spot? I use
INRAD IC-765 performance enhancement boards and roofing filters in
experimental modifications and except for gain adjustments on the
feedback amplifier due to differing loads presented they are a working
thing. The easiest way of checking your mod install is by reconfiguring
the rig to original and measure output on affected bands. It may be a
marginal rf blocking choke, L3 in the performance board also because
this would show up at lower frequencies first. I hope these comments
