[INRAD] FS - INRAD ICOM 703 250 Hz filter

NO NO!!! 

Use the 250 Hz filter on RTTY!  Works better than a 500Hz.   Just
because the manufacture says that they recommend a 500 or 350.


Please take not of the call. I've been on rtty a time or two.
