[INRAD] ts-870 and 2,8 kHz filters

I use 2.1kHz INRADs in my TS870(2 and 3 stage IF). Its not 2.8kHz, but effect with INRADs compare to original Kenwood 3kHz is match more better. I am not hi-fi specialist, but thanks to better selectivity you can have better audio quality with low width filters also. But if you cant lose "good" audio, try roofing filter. I dont know if exist roofing filter for TS870 now, but sure exists INRAD VHF filters for aplication to 1 stage IF. You can try it.

  Have anyone inrad 2,8 kHz filters on TS-870. What is the influence to the audio on receive and transmit? I don't like to loose good audio, but need some improvement to radio dynamic and selectivity.
