I think you may be getting   AGC pumping
   Try the Roofing filter, If you don't already
have one... be sure the NB  is off.
I have both Yeasu Filter and Inrad filters here.
The Inrad filters have better Selectivity and
steeper skirts.  No blow-by on any brand.
