[INRAD] MV Field Problem

My 4 month old Mark V Field is having a problem.  If it is turned on for a
while (half hour) and then turned off, it will not turn back on unless it is
allowed to rest for a similar amount of time.  This occurs with no
connections to the radio besides the power cord.  Maybe someone has had
experience with this kind of trouble?  I'd much rather fix it myself and
save the delay and trouble of shipping it.
