[INRAD] 703-C problem

Hi all,

I have a weird problem with a 703-C 400Hz 455kHz IF CW filter on my 
FT-1000MP Field. I have installed the filter where it should be and I 
have activated the filter from the 5-6 menu. When I have NOR setting I 
can hear stations with 2.0kHz as I should be. When I change to NAR1 I 
lose everything, nothing heard at all. And when the receiver is deaf I 
change the 5-6 menu setting to OFF (disabling the 455kHz 400Hz filter) I 
can hera stations again with the OEM 500Hz filter. Seems like the 703-C 
is not working at all. Is there a way to measure the contuinity of the 
filter or what should I try?
