[INRAD] PIN Diodes: BA595 - 885 - 895

I'm sure everyone talking about PIN diodes is certainly aware of the
different current requirements for different PIN diodes. Just
changing to different diodes may not do you any good unless you bias
the diodes for their optimum operation current. You must have a spec
sheet for the diodes you choose.
I might also suggest that before you go with PIN diodes, you read the
PIN diode information available on both the Sherwood and the W8JI web
site. Their testing shows no improvement in receiver performance with
PIN diode switches over a simple reed relay.
