Hi Bill et all,

there is another interesting PIN Diodes from Infineon:
BA595

The BA595 (BA885 and BA895) is given OK from 1MHz to
2GHz for switching and attenuation applications. It
has low capacitance and a high reverse parallel
resistance.
Carrier charge is 1.6mS.
